A269 TP321 Stainless Steel Tube has the addition of Titanium which stabilizes the material eliminating its susceptibility to the effects of intergranular corrosion. A269 SS 321 High Temperature Tube has excellent heat resistance, combining high strength, anti-scaling and phase stability in the temperature range up to about 900°C.
Also the limitation of A269 TP321 Austenitic Stainless Steel Tube is that Titanium does not travel well through high temperature arcs and hence is not recommended as a welding material.
