S34700 steel pipe is an austenitic stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature strength due to the addition of the rare earth element neodymium and alloying elements such as titanium and niobium. It is widely used in chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical and food fields.
Chemical composition of S34700 stainless steel pipe: S34700 is mainly composed of iron, chromium, nickel, titanium, neodymium, niobium and other elements. The specific chemical composition is: iron (Fe) ≥ 68.00%, chromium (Cr) ≥ 17.00%, nickel (Ni) ≥ 9.00%, titanium (Ti) ≥ 5 × C-0.45%, neodymium (Nd) ≤ 0.15%, niobium (Nb)≤1.00%, etc.
347 stainless steel pipe has high tensile strength and yield strength. The tensile strength is ≥520 MPa and the yield strength is ≥205 MPa. In addition, its hardness is ≤187HBW.
S34700 stainless steel thick-walled pipe has good corrosion resistance and is especially suitable for working in high temperature and acidic environments. It is resistant to sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid and chloride ions.
