API 5L X70 Spiral Steel Pipe

API 5L X70 Spiral Steel Pipe is a higher carbon version of the pipe grade with good corrosion properties in a variety of atmospheres.
API 5L x70 spiral carbon steel pipe contains up to 0.22-0.28% carbon, up to 1-1.2% manganese, up to 0.03% phosphorus, and precise amounts of sulfur, nickel, chromium and copper.
During the bend test, no cracks should appear in any part of the pipe and no openings should appear in the welds. The wall thickness and other specifications of API 5L x70 carbon steel pipe are 6.4-38.1 mm. The tube shall be adjusted to a diameter measured with a mechanical caliper having a circular cross-section with a diameter of 6.4 mm and a length range up to 0.03 m, measuring the outer surface of the joint.
