The main chemical components of Q345 (16Mn) steel spiral steel pipe are carbon, silicon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, etc. Among them, 16Mn means that the manganese content of the steel is about 1.6%.
Mechanical properties: Q345 spiral pipe has good comprehensive mechanical properties, and its yield strength is approximately 345MPa. In addition, this steel type has good ductility and toughness and can maintain stable performance under different temperatures and working conditions.
Q345 spiral steel pipe is a spiral seam steel pipe made of strip steel coil as raw material, extruded at normal temperature, and welded by automatic double-wire double-sided submerged arc welding process. The spiral steel pipe delivers the strip to the welded pipe unit. After the strip steel is rolled by multiple rollers, it is gradually wound into a round tube blank with an opening gap. Adjust the reduction amount of the squeeze roller to control the weld gap between 1 and 3 mm so that both ends of the weld are flush.
