ASTM B338 Titanium Gr7 Welded Pipe
GNEE's ASTM B338 Grade7 Titanium Tube is produced using various manufacturing processes, including hot working or cold working, and then the pipe is subjected to various tests such as flattening test, hydrostatic test or non-destructive electrical test to ensure that the specified requirements are met.
ASTM B338 Gr7 Welded Pipe shall be made from flat rolled products through an automatic arc welding process with a melting point of 1665 degrees Celsius. B338 Grade 7 material is one of the most corrosion resistant titanium grades with a tensile strength of 344MPa and a minimum yield strength of 275MPa due to the palladium alloy.
B338 Gr7 High Temperature Welded Pipe is used in systems such as heat exchangers, generators, chemical plants, pulp and paper industry, bleaching applications and marine applications.
