3LPE External Coating Line
3LPE external anti-corrosion straight seam steel pipe is a high-quality anti-corrosion steel pipe widely used in oil, natural gas and other transportation pipelines.
3LPE anti-corrosion pipe is composed of three layers, namely epoxy resin layer, adhesive layer and polyethylene layer.
3LPE pipes consist of 3 layers of pipe coating.
The first layer (FBE>100um) consists of sintered epoxy resin. This layer provides corrosion protection and is fused to the blasted steel surface.
The second layer (170~250um) is a copolymer adhesive that has good chemical bonding with the polyethylene inner layer and top
The third layer (2.5~3.7mm) is a polyethylene layer, used to protect the pipe from any physical damage
These three layers are strongly combined with the steel pipe to form an excellent anti-corrosion layer. The pipe diameter range can be 25Φ~2420Φ.
