The production process of pipeline pipes usually includes the following main steps:
Raw material preparation: Select appropriate steel billets or steel coils as raw materials for producing pipeline pipes, usually hot-rolled or cold-rolled steel coils.
Cutting and heating: Cut the steel coils into plates of appropriate lengths. Heat the cut steel plates to the required temperature for further processing.
Forming: Hot rolling forming: The heated steel plates are rolled into semi-finished products in the shape of a tube through a hot rolling unit.
Cold drawing forming: The steel pipe is further adjusted to its diameter and wall thickness through the cold drawing process.
