API 5L X70 PSL1 PSL2 Line Pipe is manufactured from X70 grade steel, with a total aluminum content of 0.015%-0.06% and V+Nb+Ti total content ≤0.15% to ensure stable mechanical properties. The product range includes seamless pipes, submerged arc welded (SAW) pipes, and spiral welded pipes, supporting end welding and coupling connections, and is suitable for both onshore and offshore oil & gas transportation applications.
During production, the pipes undergo hydrostatic testing, flaring, flattening, and other performance tests, and are delivered in heat-treated condition to meet engineering standards such as minimum tensile strength ≥290 MPa.
