API 5L Grb PSL1 PSL2 Straight Seam Steel Pipe is a longitudinally welded steel pipe manufactured in accordance with API standards, widely used in oil & gas transportation, construction engineering, and municipal infrastructure projects.
The product is produced using hot-rolled or cold-rolled steel plates as raw materials, employing forming processes such as UOE (U-ing, O-ing, Expanding) and JCOE (J-ing, C-ing, O-ing, Expanding).
The manufacturing process includes:

Pre-bending & forming
High-frequency welding (HFW) or submerged arc welding (SAW)
Expanding
Non-destructive testing (NDT)
