Manufacturing Processes of Bends
Bends are primarily manufactured using two methods: cold bending and hot bending.
Cold Bending: This process involves bending the pipe at room temperature using specialized bending machines. It is suitable for producing small-diameter bends with thin walls.
Hot Bending: This method involves bending the pipe at high temperatures, making it ideal for large-diameter bends with thick walls. Although the hot bending process is more complex, it delivers superior bending results and enhances the performance of the bend.
