The maximum operating temperature of JIS G4105 SCM440 alloy structural pipe can reach 427°C. Its heat treatment specifications are 880°C oil quenching, 650~680°C tempering, air cooling, and the metallographic structure is tempered martensite. It is widely used in long-distance pipelines and petrochemical industries such as oil, natural gas, coal gas, water, medicine, sanitation, products, etc.
