Low pressure fluid spiral welded pipe

Low-pressure fluid spiral welded pipe adopts spiral welding technology. Its weld seam is longer than that of straight seam pipes of the same specification, and it can withstand greater pressure under the same wall thickness. In addition, its expansion coefficient is small, generally 6°C, its volume does not change much after curing, and its processability is good. The commonly used production standard for low-pressure fluid spiral welded pipes is SY/T5037, which can use narrower raw materials to produce larger-diameter spiral welded pipes, filling the gap in the country that does not have large-diameter steel pipes.

Welded steel pipes for low-pressure fluid transportation (GB/T3091-2008) are also called general welded pipes, commonly known as black pipes. It is a welded steel pipe used to transport water, gas, air, oil, heating steam and other general lower pressure fluids and other purposes. The wall thickness of steel pipe connections is divided into ordinary steel pipes and thickened steel pipes; the connection end forms are divided into unthreaded steel pipes (plain pipes) and threaded steel pipes.

Welded steel pipes for low-pressure fluid transportation (GB/T3092-1993) are also called general welded pipes, commonly known as black pipes. The specifications of steel pipes are expressed in nominal diameter (mm), which is an approximate value of the inner diameter. It is customary to express it in inches, such as 11/2, etc. In addition to being directly used to transport fluids, welded steel pipes for low-pressure fluid transportation are also widely used as the original pipes for galvanized welded steel pipes for low-pressure fluid transportation.
Low-pressure fluid conveying welded pipes (GB/T3091-2001) The accuracy of this standard replaces the original GB/T3091-1993, GB/T14980-1994, and GB/T3092-1993. It is suitable for straight seam welded steel pipes used in the transportation of low-pressure fluids such as water, gas, air, and heating steam and other structures. Its welding can be resistance welding or submerged arc welding. Electric resistance welded steel pipes are usually 4 to 12m in length, and submerged arc welded steel pipes are usually 3 to 12m in length.
