Historical Development Of Oil Casing

After nearly 20 years of efforts, China's oil casing production from scratch, from low price to high price, from low steel grade to API series products to special requirements of non-API products, from quantity to quality have been close to the level of foreign oil casing products. The domestic market share of China's oil well pipe has exceeded 80%, and has become a net export product for many years.
In 2011, China's crude oil production reached 204 million tons, an increase of 0.32% compared with the same period in 2010; Natural gas output reached 102.531 billion cubic meters, a year-on-year increase of 6.9 percent and a record high. China is still in the stage of rapid urbanization and industrialization, and it is expected that the average annual growth of oil demand will be about 4% in the next few years. The increasing demand for oil has promoted the increasing demand for oil drilling and production equipment in China.
From the perspective of domestic regional distribution, the demand for oil casing is no longer concentrated in the eastern region. From the perspective of the development trend of domestic oil and gas fields, from the initial development of Daqing, Liaohe, Shengli and other eastern oil fields to the development of Sichuan, Xinjiang and other western oil fields, pay attention to the trend of offshore oil fields, in addition, from the land to the beach, from the shallow sea to the deep sea development, coupled with the drilling depth is getting deeper and deeper, drilling conditions are becoming more and more complicated, the requirements for oil casing will be increasingly high.
