What is ASTM A403 WP316L stainless steel elbow?
ASTM A403 gr WP316L elbow has lower carbon content. In addition to 18% chromium and 8% nickel, the material composition of 316L pipe fittings also contains 4% molybdenum, making it corrosion resistant to chloride ion stress cracking.
ASTM A403 gr WP316 Seamless Elbow consists of carbon, silicon, manganese, sulfur, phosphorus and 18% chromium, 8% nickel and 4% molybdenum. This combination provides mechanical, chemical and physical properties to 316 fittings.
