SA213 T92 boiler tubes are made up of carbon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, silicon, 8.5% chromium, molybdenum, vanadium, nitrogen, nickel, aluminum, niobium and tungsten. This elemental composition gives SA213 T92 steel tubes excellent performance and can be used up to 650°C. It can partially replace TP304H, TP347H austenitic stainless steel tubes.
SA213 T92 alloy boiler tubes are manufactured through hot rolling or cold drawing process to create hollow cylinders without seams or welds for better pressure resistance. SA213 T92 seamless boiler tubes can be used in subcritical, supercritical and even ultra-supercritical power plant boilers because of their ability to resist high temperatures and pressures.
