Titanium Grade 5 is also known as Ti6Al4V. Grade 5 or Alloy Ti6Al4V has 6% Aluminum, 4% Vanadium added to its chemical composition. The creep strength of Titanium 6Al-4V Grade 5 Seamless Tube is generally not as good as most alpha alloys, but it can be used at high temperatures, which can withstand temperatures up to nearly 800°F.
Titanium Gr 5 Cold Rolled Tubes have good tensile strength values while being able to withstand high temperature settings and are mainly used in petrochemical, aerospace applications, heat exchange engineering, medical applications, etc.
