SA 213 Tp 304 material consists of 18% chromium and carbon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, silicon and nickel. A213 TP304 Seamless Steel Pipe has a lower carbon content, making it slightly weaker than 302 stainless steel, but is widely used in welding applications. The low carbon allows some exposure within a specific temperature range without the need for a post annealing operation.
The main manufacturing process of ASTM A213 seamless tube is cold drawn seamless tube. Because of its ability to resist high temperature and corrosion, ASTM A213 TP 304 high temperature tube can be used to manufacture stainless steel boiler, superheater, heat exchanger tubes.
