A213 316Ti Welded Steel Tube is made of austenitic alloy stabilized with titanium. During the welding operation, the presence of excess carbon in stainless steel forms carbon precipitates, which can lead to grain boundary sensitization. But when the precipitates produced on A213 TP316Ti welded pipe are titanium, it does not promote sensitization of grain boundaries in any way.
The titanium stabilization of A213 316Ti Welded Stainless Steel Tube significantly reduces sensitization, thereby reducing the risk of corrosion. This makes it useful in industries such as fertilizers, automotive, oil and gas industry, aerospace industry, petrochemical, etc.
