Unlike 310S, 310H has a higher carbon content, which enhances high temperature strength. And A358 310H polished pipe is often exposed to sulfur dioxide environment, and shows a high level of resistance to negative effects as well as oxidation reactions at high temperatures.
A358 310H stainless steel polished welded pipe also has good corrosion resistance, especially in environments such as aqueous solutions. It can also withstand fuming nitric acid at room temperature and molten nitrates up to 425°C.
