Duplex stainless steel S31803 seamless pipe has high strength and excellent corrosion resistance and is widely used in various industrial fields.
Due to its excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, duplex stainless steel S31803 pipe is widely used in industrial fields such as oil and gas, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food processing, and shipbuilding. It can be used to manufacture pipelines, pressure vessels, storage tanks, heat exchangers and other key equipment to ensure long-term stable operation in harsh environments.
The chemical composition and mechanical properties of duplex stainless steel S31803 round pipe give it excellent corrosion resistance and high strength. It contains high chromium (Cr) and high molybdenum (Mo) elements, as well as nitrogen (N) elements, which together provide excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. At the same time, its metallographic structure is composed of ferrite and austenite, each accounting for about 50%. It combines the beneficial properties of ferrite and austenite to give it high strength and good corrosion resistance.
Compared with traditional austenitic stainless steel seamless pipes, duplex S31803 stainless steel pipes have higher strength and hardness, as well as better corrosion resistance and heat resistance. It resists attack by chloride ions and sulfides and maintains excellent mechanical properties at high temperatures.
