Stainless Steel Round Tube 321/321h
TP 321 is a stable stainless steel whose primary benefit is its excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion after exposure to the chromium carbide precipitation temperature range of 800°F to 1500°F (427°C to 816°C). 321 stainless steel high temperature steel pipe is stabilized by adding titanium to form chromium carbide.
321 321H stainless steel tube is a titanium stabilized version of 304, used for specific applications within the sensitization temperature range. Its resistance to sensitization, coupled with its higher strength at elevated temperatures, makes it suitable for applications where 304 will sensitize or where 304L's thermal strength is insufficient. Weld corrosion and intergranular corrosion will not occur when exposed to mildly corrosive environments.
In operating temperature environments exceeding 500° C, 321 stainless steel pipe is a better choice and therefore has its own advantages. Alloy 321 stainless steel pipe is also beneficial for high temperature use due to its good mechanical properties. 321 stainless steel round pipe has higher creep and stress rupture properties than Alloy 304, especially Alloy 304L may also be considered for sensitive and intergranular corrosion problems.

Heat Treatment of 321 Stainless Steel Pipes and Tubes
Heat to 950-1120°C and cool quickly for maximum corrosion resistance. Stabilization treatment: Heating to 870-900℃ for every 25mm thickness and holding for 1 hour, then air cooling. For the most severe service conditions (above 425°C), stabilization is recommended, especially for materials annealed at the upper end of the annealing temperature range. Heat to 700°C and hold for 1-2 hours, then air cool. These grades cannot be hardened by heat treatment.Packaging and shipping by sea or rail according to customer needs.
