A312 TP321H electric resistance welded pipe is a high carbon version of titanium stabilized austenitic stainless steel, so A312 321H high temperature stainless steel pipe has high resistance to intergranular corrosion and good corrosion resistance to some organic and inorganic acids (especially in oxidizing media).
A312 TP321H welded stainless steel pipe is generally considered to have comparable weldability to 304 and 304L stainless steel. The difference is that titanium is added to the alloy composition to reduce or prevent the precipitation of carbides during welding.
