API 5L L360 seamless pipes are divided into two categories: PSL1 and PSL2. PSL2 has more stringent testing requirements and better performance. It performs well in important projects such as oil, natural gas and water transportation. In terms of production technology, API 5L L360 carbon steel pipes can be produced by hot drawing or cold drawing. Hot-drawn pipes have good dimensional accuracy and surface quality, while cold-drawn pipes have high strength and hardness. There are also a variety of coatings available, such as epoxy resin, 3LPE, etc., which can effectively prevent corrosion and extend the service life of API 5L L360 pipelines.
In terms of mechanical properties, the yield strength of API 5L L360 high yield pipes is generally above 360MPa, the tensile strength meets the standard requirements, the toughness is good, and it is not easy to brittle fracture at low temperatures, which ensures the strength, toughness and welding performance of API 5L L360 steel pipes.

Acid service performance: API 5L X52 PSL1 Grade acid service pipe is not susceptible to intergranular corrosion cracking or pipeline bursting, and is suitable for oil and gas pipelines that transport acidic media, and can ensure the long-term stable operation of the pipeline in an acidic environment.
