The PE lined hose is tightly bonded to the inner wall of the galvanized steel pipe through a special process under high temperature and pressure. This pipe has both the excellent corrosion resistance of PE and the high strength of steel pipes. This pipe can be used in drinking water supply systems.
The inner plastic layer of PE-coated composite steel pipe has strong adhesion, excellent compactness and good corrosion resistance, which can effectively extend the service life of the pipe. In general, galvanized coatings provide effective corrosion resistance. However, in harsh working environments such as acidic environments, PE plastic-coated pipes are much better than hot-dip galvanized pipes.
