A333, A335 P5/P9/P11/P22/P91, DIN 17175, JIS G3458,JIS G 3462,JIS G 3467,DIN 17175-79 Alloy seamless steel tube is a hollow cross-section pipe manufactured with alloying elements such as silicon, manganese, chromium, and nickel. It features high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, primarily used for fluid transportation pipelines and structural components in petroleum, chemical, and power industries.
The production processes comprise two distinct methods:
Hot Rolling Process:
Round billet → Heating → Piercing → Rolling → Sizing
Cold Drawing Process:
Round billet → Heating → Piercing → Pointing → Annealing → Acid pickling → Oiling → Multi-pass cold drawing → Heat treatment
