310S stainless steel pipe is an austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel pipe. S31008 stainless steel pipe has good oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance.
The main chemical components of S31008 stainless steel pipe include chromium (Cr), nickel (Ni), molybdenum (Mo) and other elements. Among them, chromium is one of the main elements that contributes to the rust and corrosion resistance of stainless steel pipes. The content is usually above 11% and has good corrosion resistance. The addition of nickel can enhance the toughness, high temperature resistance and welding performance of stainless steel pipes. The addition of molybdenum can further improve the corrosion resistance and heat resistance of stainless steel pipes.
ASTM A312 UNS S31008 Pipes have high high-temperature strength, oxidation resistance, and carburization resistance. They are acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, and tensile-resistant. The continuous use temperature is 1150°C and the maximum temperature is 1200°C. Mainly used for: materials for furnaces and materials for automobile purification devices.
