DIN 1.4307 steel pipe is a stainless steel seamless pipe, also known as 304L stainless steel. This steel pipe is composed of 18% chromium and 8% nickel, with low proportions of carbon and manganese, and small amounts of elements such as copper, phosphorus, silicon and aluminum. This material has excellent corrosion resistance and has excellent properties in welding and deformation processing.

1.4307 stainless steel pipe heat treatment: ① Hardness HBW≤: solid solution 187, hardness HRB≤: 90, ② Heating temperature: 1010~1150, ③ Heating method: rapid cooling, ④ Others: Cold rolled plate solid solution 485, 201HBW 92HRB 210HV.
1.4307 stainless steel seamless steel pipe is mainly used for equipment, containers, pipes and various parts in industries such as chemical, petrochemical, fertilizer, petroleum, power, etc. that require welding but cannot be solution treated.
