1.4401 heat treatment method:

2. Cooling treatment: Cooling treatment is to rapidly cool the stainless steel material after solid solution treatment, usually through water or oil medium, to increase the hardness and strength of the material. However, the cooled material may produce high internal stresses that require subsequent tempering to eliminate these stresses.
3. Tempering treatment: Tempering treatment is performed by heating to an appropriate temperature, usually between 300°C and 800°C, and then cooling appropriately to reduce the internal stress generated during the cooling treatment and adjust the hardness of the material. and resilience.
