ASTM A691 Grade 1-1/4 CR straight seam welded pipe is a metal pipe material widely used in high temperature, high pressure and corrosive environments. It is made of low carbon alloy steel and processed through straight seam welding process, which has excellent corrosion resistance and high mechanical strength. This kind of pipeline material is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, nuclear energy and other fields to transport high temperature, high pressure, flammable, explosive or corrosive media.
SA691 steel pipe is a standard for electrofusion welded steel and alloy steel for high temperature and high pressure reconsideration conditions. The grade of the steel pipe reaches SA691Gr1-1/4Cr and must undergo stress treatment, radiographic testing and hydraulic pressure testing. SA691Cr1-1/4CrCL22 is a type of CR-MO heat-resistant steel with a basic composition of 2.25% CR and 1% MO. Equivalent to seamless pipe SA-335P22.
ASTM A691 is the American Society for Testing and Materials standard for electrofusion welded carbon and alloy steel pipes for high temperature and high pressure service conditions. 1 1/4Cr is the steel pipe grade, specifically 1 1/4% chromium, 1/2% molybdenum steel grade. 22 is the heat treatment state.
