API5L X46 Seamless Steel Pipe
The minimum yield strength of API 5L X46 seamless steel pipe is approximately 317 MPA. These grades of pipes are superior in chemical and mechanical properties to API 5L Grade B and API 5L X42 Grade pipes. API 5L X46 steel pipe has excellent resistance to corrosion caused by acids, especially H2S or hydrogen sulfide. It avoids damage caused by H2S reacting with water and other liquids.
