1.4539 stainless steel alloy steel pipe has excellent features of high performance alloy. These alloys are used in harsh environments under harsh conditions in advanced technologies such as desalination, atomic energy, semiconductors, solar cells and fuel cells.
1.4539 stainless steel pipe is an austenitic stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance compared to 316L steel pipe. Due to the addition of Cu (1.5%), the material exhibits excellent corrosion resistance against reducing acids such as sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid. It is used in chemical plants and a wide range of other applications.
The chemical composition of 1.4539 stainless steel round pipe mainly contains 23% chromium, 19% nickel, 5% molybdenum and 2% copper. It also contains small amounts of silicon, manganese, phosphorus and other elements. The reasonable proportion of these elements can make the 1.4539 stainless steel acid-resistant pipe have excellent corrosion resistance and be able to withstand corrosion from many strong acid and strong alkali media, especially corrosive media in some marine environments, such as seawater, magnesium chloride, etc. At the same time, it has high heat resistance and can be used at higher temperatures without being damaged.
