What is electric resistance welded tube ?
This is a method of manufacturing steel pipes by forming and welding strips of steel into a cylindrical shape. The process involves passing an electric current through strips of steel, heating them to the point where they can be welded together.
Q195, Q235 and Q345 are three different grades of Chinese carbon structural steel. Their yield strengths are 195MPa, 235MPa and 345MPa respectively.
Q195 straight seam pipe is a steel type widely used in manufacturing various structural parts and parts. Its yield strength is relatively low, but the cost is relatively economical.
Q235 ERW steel pipes are a higher grade of steel than Q195 with a yield strength of 235MPa and are commonly used for structural and engineering purposes. Due to its moderate strength and performance, Q235 is widely used in construction, bridges, vehicles, ships and other engineering fields.
