Product Introduction

Spiral steel pipe is a steel pipe with spiral welds, usually used for transporting liquids, gases, oils, structural purposes, etc.

Spiral steel pipe is a spiral seam steel pipe welded by automatic double-wire double-sided submerged arc welding process using strip steel coil plate as raw material. The submerged arc spiral steel pipe feeds the strip into the welded pipe device. After the strip is rolled by multiple rollers, it is gradually wound into a round tube blank with an opening gap. Adjust the reduction amount of the squeeze roller, control the weld gap between 1 and 3 mm, and make both ends of the weld flush.

Spiral steel pipe stacking principle

The principle requirement for stacking alloy spiral steel pipes is to stack according to models and specifications on the premise of ensuring stable stacking and ensuring safety. Different types of materials should be stacked separately to prevent confusion and mutual erosion;

It is prohibited to store items that corrode steel around the piles of spiral welded steel pipes;

Spiral welded pipe sections stacked in the open air must be padded with wood or stone strips underneath, and the stacking surface should be slightly tilted to facilitate drainage. Pay attention to placing the materials straight to avoid bending and deformation;

The stacking height of spiral pipes shall not exceed 1.2m by manual operation, 1.5m by mechanical operation, and the stacking width shall not exceed 2.5m;

There should be certain channels between stacks. The inspection channel is generally 0.5m. The access channel depends on the size of the material and the transportation machinery, generally 1.5~2.0m;

Angle steel and channel steel should be stacked in the open air, that is, with the stacking opening facing downwards. The I-beam should be placed upright, and the I-beam surface of the steel material cannot be facing upward to avoid water accumulation and rust;

The bottom of the stack should be raised. If the warehouse is on a sunny cement floor, the height should be 0.1m; if it is on a mud floor, the height should be 0.2~0.5m. If it is an open-air venue, the cement floor should be raised by 0.3 to 0.5m, and the sand and mud surface should be raised by 0.5 to 0.7m.
