316Ti austenitic stainless steel is a titanium-stabilized version of 316 molybdenum-containing austenitic stainless steel made of nickel, chromium and molybdenum. Alloy A312 316Ti stainless steel pipes are structurally stabilized by the addition of titanium to prevent precipitation of chromium carbide, which is a source of sensitization. This stability is achieved through moderate-temperature heat treatment, during which titanium reacts with carbon to form titanium carbide.
A312 316T High Temperature Stainless Steel Tubes have excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature strength, heat resistance and high pressure resistance. Therefore it is mainly used in the manufacture of piping systems in high temperature environments, such as steam generators, heat exchangers, etc.
